Sambalpur University has declared I Professional MBBS Examination Results which was held in July, 2011. Candidates are now able to find their result online. Sambalpur University released MBBS Exam Result 2011 yesterday on 28th Sep, 2011.
Candidates can check their result online through the direct link which is mentioned at the official website of University. To get MBBS Result 2011 candidates just have to enter their roll number. If students want then they can also find their result by name.
The Sambalpur University Act was approved by the Orissa govt. on 10th Dec in the year 1966 to fulfill long appreciated dream of the people of Western Orissa for establishment of a University. The University started working from 1st Jan, 1967 with Prof. Parsuram Mishra. He is the first Vice Chancellor of the University.
The University was inaugurated on 4th Jan in the year 1967 by respected Chancell or A.N.Khosla. The University started working in the year 1967 in a borrowed private building which is situated at Dhanupali, Sambalpur and in Govt. building at Ainthapali, Sambalpur from the year 1968 - 72. The University was moved to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla in the year1973.
